Copy Public to Private
 

• Apply the copied scheme to the current document

• Use the Format Heading Style menu to modify formatting and numbering options as desired

Sharing Schemes with other users is simple.

• Open a Word 2003 document

• Apply the desired Scheme

• Provide the document to another user

• The user opens your document

• The user clicks Customize and selects Create New Private Scheme
