Multi-Select Records

When you want to send a memo, fax, letter, or a personal letter to more than one recipient, you can select more than on record after an Address Book Query.

  • From the New Documents Menu, select a template.
  • Click on the Address Book button.
  • Query the database in such a way that all of the addresses you want appear.
  • Use Ctrl+Click to select the records you want:

  • Click OK and the records will appear in the document you are creating.
