Word Version

It is helpful to know not only what version of Word you are using, but what Service Pack (SP) has been installed.

• Click Help, About Microsoft Word

The following screen appears:

• Look at the first line in the grey area for the version and SP installed on your computer.

Farther down on this screen you will see the name to whom the product is licensed and the Product ID.  For security reasons, this portion of the screen is not displayed here.
