Issue/Symptom: The KI Footer Macro provides automatic updates of the profile information in document footers. WorlDox provides a method of stamping documents and the option of inserting bracketed text that displays profile information. To enable the KI Footer Macro's automatic updating features requires configuration of the Document Stamp settings in WorlDox. Error Message: WorlDox Document Stamping is defined in the WORLDOX.INI file which is located in the WORLDOX program directory.
Resolution: To disable WorlDox Document Stamping using bracketed text and enable KI Footer Macro, be sure to include an asterisk * as the first character after default= in the [FileStamp] section. This allows you to define the stamp, but will not execute the stamping automatically: Modify and/or add document stamping options as follows: Display: Document Number.Version Number (e.g. 00001003.1) [FileStamp] Default=*%FileNameNoExt%.? Version(%Version%|1) Display: Client Number - Matter Number\Document Number.Version Number (e.g. 1000-001\00001003.1) [FileStamp] Default=*%Field1%-%Field2%\%FileNameNoExt%.? Version(%Version%|1)
