Issue/Symptom:
On June 30, 2009, Microsoft released a Hotfix (KB970942) which corrects the
Document Variable bug contained in Security Patch (KB969604).

Resolution:
Given the availability of a Hotfix, customers who are
experiencing a problem with the Carry Over process in Word 2007 can remedy the
problem using either of the following:
Application of either option above will enable the Carry Over process to
function correctly for your users.
