Electronic Filing

The Washington U.S. District Courts, including the Bankruptcy Courts, fully support electronic filing; the Western District requires it now.  Below are links to all four courts for your information.

Bankruptcy Court Margins - Washington

All Washington Pleading Pak users - Please note:  The Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Western District of Washington require that the left and right margins are set to one inch.  Please check your template to verify these margin settings.  Also you may wish to check all existing bankruptcy caption bank documents to ensure that the caption margins are also set to one inch.  If you find your template does not comply with the court rule you may:

Modify the template to comply with the rule and email a copy to KI Systems for our records.  Or if you do not wish to make the change yourself, please contact us and we will modify the template for you.
